Purchasing and plan changes

Manage plans and resource packs in the console's Usage & Billing. The console currently activates plans and issues points without online checkout or automatic payment collection. Payments, renewals, refunds and invoices follow your contract.

Activate a plan

  1. Open Usage & Billing → Plans & packs.
  2. Review the term and entitlements under Current plan, then choose a plan from the list.
  3. Select Activate or Buy and check the plan name and point grant.
  4. Choose a monthly or annual term and confirm activation.
  5. After activation succeeds, check the current plan, expiry and grant batch under Point sources.

On the first sign-in without an active plan, the Developer plan is activated automatically with 3,000 test points. Signing in again does not repeat this automatic grant.

Change or renew a plan

Changing plans in the console immediately replaces the active subscription. The new monthly or annual term starts at activation. Existing point batches retain their individual expiry dates.

The activation flow does not prorate remaining subscription fees, append unused time to the new term or schedule downgrades for the next period. The current plan card cannot be activated again. Arrange same-plan renewals and contractual price adjustments with the service provider.

Changing plans does not require replacing SDK packages. New features follow the effective server-side entitlements. Application UI must still respect classroom roles and device permissions.

Subscription validity and point validity are separate. Unexpired points do not extend plan entitlements. Restore the required authorization after subscription expiry before creating classrooms that require it.

Obtain a resource pack

  1. Find Point packs on the Plans & packs page.
  2. Choose a point amount and select Get pack.
  3. Check the name, points and validity in the confirmation dialog, then confirm.
  4. After issuance succeeds, check the new batch under Point sources and review the available balance.

Standard packs contain 100,000, 500,000, 2,000,000 or 10,000,000 points, valid for twelve months from issuance by default. See Reference pack prices. If the account has an overdraft, incoming points first repay it, so the available balance may increase by less than the pack amount.

Configure automatic issuance

Auto top-up replenishes a resource pack according to available balance:

SettingMeaning
EnabledTurn the rule on or off
Pack to addPack issued when the rule triggers
Balance thresholdEligible to trigger when available points are at or below this value
Monthly limitMaximum number of automatic issuances, not a monetary limit
Added this monthNumber of issuances already used this month

Choose a pack, enter a positive balance threshold and a monthly limit of at least one, then save. Automatic issuance uses the resource pack issuance flow. It does not currently charge a bank card or third-party payment account, or renew the subscription.
