Plans and editions
The four subscription plans are Developer, Basic, Professional and Enterprise. These are commercial editions; SDK package versions are listed in Versions and distribution.
Reference subscription prices
The following CNY prices are reference quotes from the website pricing page. Final amounts, tax treatment, quotas and SLAs follow your quotation and contract.
| Plan | Intended use | Monthly reference price | Annual reference price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Developer | Integration and testing | Free | Free |
| Basic | Small classroom deployments | ¥1,499 | ¥14,990 |
| Professional | UI customization, teaching analytics and additional classroom features | ¥4,999 | ¥49,990 |
| Enterprise | Higher quotas, SSO and contracted services | From ¥15,000 | From ¥150,000 |
Annual reference prices for the three commercial plans equal ten monthly payments, about 16.7% less than twelve monthly payments. Usage beyond issued points requires additional resources. The Developer plan is for testing; production commercial use requires the appropriate commercial authorization.
OEM and private deployment are quoted by contract, with website reference prices starting at ¥200,000/year and ¥300,000/year respectively. Cloud resources, source delivery, implementation and maintenance for private deployments are agreed separately.
Default console entitlements
This table describes the default plan catalog. Account or application-specific entitlements can override it. Check Current plan in the console for effective features and limits. A dash means that the default catalog does not grant that feature.
| Feature or quota | Developer | Basic | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Points issued on activation | 3,000 | 20,000 | 100,000 | 300,000 |
| Classroom participant limit | 2 | 2 | 4 | 16 |
| Concurrent camera quota | 4 | 8 | 25 | 100 |
| Server API QPS quota | 5 | 20 | 100 | 500 |
| Start classes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Online whiteboard | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Cloud recording | — | Metered | Metered | Metered |

When creating or updating a classroom, both maxOnStage and the initial member count are constrained by the classroom participant limit. The camera quota does not increase that limit. Requests exceeding it return an error; the service does not reduce the requested count automatically.
Plan entitlements and platform support both apply. Recording, captions and UI customization also require a service deployment and client version that support them. See Server SDKs and Client SDKs.
Website plans and console entitlements
The website describes standard commercial plans, including 10 / 20 / 100 participant classrooms and no collaborative whiteboard in Basic. The current default console catalog uses the 2 / 2 / 4 / 16 participant limits above and enables whiteboards in all four plans. Configure classrooms against your account's effective entitlements; contracted quotas are provisioned by the service provider.
The website reference plans describe monthly commercial point grants. The current console activation flow issues one grant from the table when a subscription starts, expiring with that subscription. Selecting an annual term does not issue twelve times the points or schedule automatic monthly grants. Check issued batches for subsequent contractual grants; see Point expiry.
Choosing a plan
- Developer: test user registration, classroom creation, token signing and client entry.
- Basic: use standard classroom features and metered recording with platform branding.
- Professional: obtain entitlements for UI customization, branding removal, teaching analytics or captions.
- Enterprise: obtain default SSO and export API entitlements, or agree on capacity, service levels and deployment terms.
After choosing a plan, estimate usage, follow the purchase steps and check the resulting entitlements.
